长宁威远地区页岩气高密度水基钻井液室内优化研究

 Study on Optimization of Shale Gas High-density Water-based Drilling Fluid in Changning and Weiyuan Area

摘要:  长宁威远地区页岩气高密度水基钻井液现场应用中存在低密度固相容纳量低、流变性调控困难、起 下钻摩阻大、防塌性能待完善等问题,在分析以上问题原因基础上,通过适当提高钻井液的膨润土含量、选择具有 “双疏”和“插层”特性的抑制剂及采用具“膜效应”的合成脂润滑剂,对长宁威远地区页岩气高密度水基钻井液进 行了优化。评价实验表明,优化后密度2.10g/cm3的钻井液流变性能稳定、岩屑滚动回收率达96.6%、极压润滑系 数 0.076、滤饼黏滞系数 0.114,可抗10%易分散岩屑的伤害,为水基钻井液在长宁威远地区页岩气钻井中的推广 应用提供了可能。

Abstract:

In Changning and Weiyuan areas, there are some problems in the field application of shale gas high-density water-based drilling fluid, such as low solid phase capacity with low density, difficulty in rheological control, large drilling-down resistance, and incomplete anti-collapse performance. Based on the analysis of the above problems, this paper optimized the shale gas high-density water-based drilling fluid in Changning and Weiyuan areas by appropriately increasing the bentonite content of drilling fluid, selecting inhibitors with the characteristics of “ Double thin” and “ intercalation” and using synthetic grease lubricants with “ membrane effect”. The evaluation shows that the optimized drilling fluid with a density of 2. 10g /cm3 has stable rheological property, a roll recovery rate of cuttings up to 96. 6% , an extreme pressure lubrication coefficient of 0. 076, a clay cake viscosity coefficient of 0. 114, and an anti-pollution effect of 10% easily dispersed cuttings, which provides a possibility for the promotion and application of water-based drilling fluid in shale gas drilling in Changning and Weiyuan areas.
